How Am I affected?

An amendment to the design of stages 11 & 12 at Bridgefield are required to achieve a planning permit for these stages. The revised design of stages 11 & 12 at Bridgefield differs from the design of these stages when purchasers initially paid a deposit on their lot, with a number of lots having changed (in terms of size, location etc.) as a result.

The Bridgefield sales team will be contacting all affected purchasers directly by phone, email and via their conveyancer/solicitor to inform them of the design changes and next steps.

Stage 11 affected purchasers - communication timeline

On Friday 7th June - initial purchaser phone call
No action required by purchasers
On Saturday 8th June - call to schedule lot re-selection appointment starts
Affected purchasers will need to schedule an appointment time which will start on Wednesday 12th June
On Wednesday 12th June - lot re-selection appointments to be carried out
• Purchasers will need to meet their appointment time and re-select their lot.

Stage 12 affected purchasers - communication timeline

On Friday 7th June - initial purchaser courtesy phone call
No action required by purchasers
On Saturday 8th June - call to schedule lot re-selection appointment starts
Affected purchasers will need to schedule an appointment time which will start week commencing 17th June
Week commencing 17th June - lot re-selection appointments to be carried out
• Purchasers will need to meet their appointment time and re-select their lot.
